Analytics and Quality Expert
Prior to joining Matica Bio, Daniel worked in the analytical development (AD) team of iBio, where he set up the biosafety level 2 (BSL2) mobile clean room. He was also part of the Fujifilm Diosynth AD group, served as the technical lead and primary analytical liaison for a number of projects, ensuring methods development according to ICH guidelines. In addition, Daniel spent the previous 15 years working with a wide variety of viruses across all four biosafety levels (BSL1 – BSL4) in government, academic, and private institutes. Daniel brings in extensive knowledge and experience in the analytical methodologies, in order to evaluate characteristics of viruses, both wild-type and recombinant.
