Analytical Development for GMP Viral Vector Production – Case Study of AAV8 and Lentivirus
Successful gene therapy development requires rapid development and adaptable scale-up of viral vector production across the innovation lifecycle. Adaptable scale-up means verifying and optimizing a variety of technologies to be able to meet individual analytical process goals in a bespoke fashion. Matica employs a wide variety of analytical technologies to meet this need. Here we present a case study of analytical technologies, comparing and contrasting optimized methods for CQA evaluation for AAV versus lentivirus.
